- We specialize in engines, transmissions, and related auto parts.
- All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
- Product images are for reference only. Actual parts may vary in appearance but will match the described specifications.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or picked up.
- We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer shipping within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
- The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is delivered.

4. Return & Refund Policy (Engines & Transmissions)
Because engines and transmissions are high-value, tested components, we provide a 6-Month (180 Days) Return & Refund Policy under the following conditions:
- Returns:
- Returns must be requested within 6 months (180 days) of delivery.
- The part must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase in USD is required.
- Returns must be requested within 6 months (180 days) of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Installed or modified parts.
- Electrical components (sensors, wiring harnesses, etc.).
- Parts damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or misuse.

- Refunds:
- Approved returns will be inspected before a refund is issued.
- Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply on all eligible returns.

- Exchanges/Warranty:
- Engines and transmissions include a 6-month limited warranty. Warranty covers replacement of the part only.
- Labor, towing, and shipping costs are not covered under warranty.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
